Intimate Outdoor Summer Wedding at Woodinville Lavender Farm

Woodinville Lavender Farm in Woodinville is such a beautiful place. And for a couple that loves the outdoors and nature, this was a great venue for them. Having the lavender fields as your ceremony backdrop and your reception tables surrounded by the fields as well, just gives a calming feel for your guests. Ashley & Seth gathered 40 of their closest friends and family to visit, relax, and eat amazing food from Barking Frog that has a food truck, but is also right down the road. It was such a beautiful sunny day in July. The amazing vendor team, coordinated by Rebecca of New Creations Wedding Design & Coordination, made the day so easy going and smooth. All the little details that made this day so much more special to the couple, really made this day one of our favorites of the season.

Their arch had a modern touch with lush texture from a mostly greenery cluster in the corner of the dark wood arch. The aisle was lined with shepherd hooks from Woodinville Lavender, that held small arrangements full of local greenery like fern and salal but also with different herbs and raspberry foliage. Such a simple design but stunning and smelled so good.

Ashley’s bouquet was one of our favorite. The deep emerald greenery against the white blooms with the striking black from the centers of the anemones is really eye catching. This bouquet is one of those timeless styles of organic and lush, but not over the top or in a classic ball. It was so gorgeous against her dress that was a soft gray.

Ashley did a great writeup on their wedding that she submitted to Weddingwire Real Weddings. She went through the process of how she booked her vendors and why they loved Woodinville Lavender Farm for their close guests.

We love that they decided to use square wood tables for their guests. Each place setting had vintage glassware from Vintage Ambiance. Simple plates were paired with the napkin and a little garnish of rosemary and lavender for a pop of color. The centerpieces were so lush and flowing. Local white dahlias and other blooms were tucked in different ferns, herbs like mint and raspberry foliage. We brought a copper element with the vases that brought a modern feel, and moss tucked at the base to remind you that you are in a garden.

Here is the sweet review that Ashley left us!

Kristal did absolutely amazing with the arrangements at our wedding! Everything was perfect and exactly as we envisioned. Sublime Stems also provided all of the rentals needed for the floral arrangements, including the arbor for our ceremony! They were also more affordable then some other florists that we talked with, and honestly the quality did not disappoint. I never felt that I would have been better off spending more because Kristal was a joy to work with and the arrangements were everything I dreamed of. Right now I have my bouquet in a vase and one of the table arrangements in my kitchen and I saw other guests leaving with some of the table arrangements as well. Everyone loved the flowers and I even got comments on how they were perfect for us. Easy to communicate with and prompt to respond, you will not be disappointed.
