We kicked off our 2022 season with an amazing open house and tasting at Axis Pioneer Square in Seattle. Melissa with Axis had a great idea since they are in the globe building in historic Pioneer Square, to make the tasting incorporate different flavors from around the world. Each catering team took on a different country’s cuisine and the decor in the different areas of the venue reflected those countries.

Foodz catering took it to another level with Indian Fusion and their display was amazing.

We did a mock ceremony with lanterns lining the aisle draped in carnation garlands. The aisle led to the most unique and gorgeous backdrop of a tufted fiber hanging piece. We designed asymmetric columns in bright pinks and oranges of in-season flowers. We wanted this to feel modern, accessible and a nod to Indian Fusion.

Gourmondo’s Italian dishes were melt in your mouth delicious. We kept their flowers simple and reflected their brand colors that translated so well with their Italy theme. This color combo was one of our favorites!

Ravishing Radish created mouth watering Greek dishes. We leaned into the yellow, white and blue design of the table. Gorgeous dusty blue patterned runners and napkins set the tone. Simple bud vases of soft yellow butterfly ranunculus were on either side of bowls of lemons and an arrangement full of texture and layered blooms. The gold details of the chargers, and flatware really tied the yellow together. We loved the little details on the vintage styled goblets.

Who doesn’t love a taco bar? Shooby Doo Catering went all out with their tacos, fresh salsa and guacamole as well as frozen margarita!

The table we designed inspired by Mexico had all the best details of that country. Bright pops of color tucked in tropical leaves. Bright turquoise napkins and blown glass goblets, perfect for those margaritas! A tall and eye catching arrangement to draw you in. At the base of the arrangement we had candles and mini cactus. The beautiful table runner of bold colors really tied everything together. We loved how this design came together.
